Author Guidelines

During submission, please upload your abstract file based on Abstract Template as supplementary files. Find more at Registration & Submission

  2. Author(s): Full name of authors; Underline the name of presenter; Cambria, Font size 9, Regular; Center; 2.0 spacing between Author(s) and Title.
  3. Author affiliation(s): Author(s) Full address includes Department/Unit, University/Institution, Street Address, City, Postal Code, Country; Cambria, Font size 9, Italics; Center; 1.15 spacing within author affiliation(s); 2.0 spacing between Author affiliation(s) and Author(s); If more than one institution, indicate numerically the address of each author in superscript(s) after each name.
  4. Co-responding author: Indicate co-responding author with an asterisk after the name; Provide
an email address of co-responding author; Cambria, Font size 8, Italics; Center; 1.15 spacing between Co-responding author and Author affiliation(s)
  5. Text: One paragraph; Cambria, Font size 10, Regular; Both Justified; 1.15
spacing within Text; 3.0 spacing between Text and Co-responding authors, No indentation; Do not include figure(s)/table(s)/ references; No more than 250 words.
  6. Keywords: Provide maximum five (5) keywords, Cambria, Font size 10, Regular; Left Justified; 1.5 spacing between Keywords and Text.
  7. Paper Size and Margin: Paper size A5, 1.5 inches left hand border; 1 inch top;  bottom and right borders.
  8. Abstract should be saved and submitted in MS Word file (doc) as supplementary file.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
