Profil 

Sebanyak 4 dari 7 anggota divisi ini telah memiliki gelar Guru Besar. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan terutama di dalam lingkup fisiologi dan genetika dari tanaman pangan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Mandat Divisi

Mengembangkan keilmuan fisiologi dan genetika tumbuhan dan diseminasinya dengan melakukan berbagai kegiatan penelitian, pengajaran, dan pengabdian masyarakat.

Ruang Lingkup Divisi

Mengembangkan bahan ajar fisiologi tumbuhan, genetika tumbuhan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tumbuhan, kultur jaringan tanaman, fisiologi cekaman, dan teknik molekuler tumbuhan. Melakukan penelitian biologi, fisiologi, dan genetika pada berbagai tanaman pangan utama.
