On Thursday, August 7, 2014 held at the  Hutasoit Auditorium, FAPET IPB, Department of Biology organized Halal Bi Halal. In  this occasion, the entire academic civitas  Department of  Biology and the representatives were present to enlivened this event, such as the Head Department of Biology, Faculties and Employees, Pensionary Faculties and Employees, Students and Alumni Representatives, and other invitees. The event was also attended by the Dean of FMIPA-IPB, Dr. Sri Nurdiati together with representatives from each department in FMIPA-IPB.
The event was opened with a Al-Qur’an recitation and followed by a discourse about Ramadhan and Eid (Idul Fitri). Then, Head Department of Biology, Dr. Iman Rusmana , gave a speech and the actual report about development of the Department of Biology. Speech followed by Dean FMIPA-IPB, Dr. Sri Nurdiati. And then, greetings was done in turns by the audience. Choir of Department of Biology then provided entertainment such several spiritual songs that accompanied the audience enjoyed the buffet meals that had been prepared by Department of Biology.
