Ordo Odonata, Subordo Anisoptera, Malino, South Sulawesi

The Order Odonata had quite large numbers of members and easily recognizable. It had two pairs of wings and are membranous. In big dragonfly could be found clear veins and on the head, was found big facet eyes.
Incomplete metamorphosis (Hemimetabola), in the larva stadium, it was additional tools such as gills and lived in the water. Its members are known as predators of several types of small insects, including pests, such as some types of thrips, leafhoppers, flea and rice stem borer moths.
