On 15-16 August 2018, the Department of Biology educational staffs gathered to conduct an event named Outbound and Family Gathering at Desa Pelita located on Jl. H. Miing, RT. 01 / RW. 03, Putat Nutug, Ciseeng, Bogor. Upon arrival, the staffs took a little break time and conducted a body warming exercise. This is to prevent muscle injury due to sudden outbound activities carried out on the muscles. The outbound session was guided directly by the Team from Desa Pelita led by Mas Kristanto. All of the outbound posts that must have been passed by the staffs include playing human bulldozer, tug of war, rock climbing, flying fox, and many more.

After the outbound ended, the event continued to lunch for all staff that filled with a family atmosphere and intimacy. Next, the Family Gathering activity was filled by singing and bonfires event. To further enliven the event, the door prize distributed to the staffs. The activity ended at 10:00 a.m. and been closed by a speech from the Head of the Department of Biology, Dr. Ir. Miftahudin, M.Si.
