Faculty of Matematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in collaboration with the Local Goverment of Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province (through the Simalungun Education Agency) held a training with the theme "Capacity Building Program for Simalungun Science Teachers" on 21-25 April 2015 (1st Phase) and 26-30 May 2015 (2nd Phase) in Pematang Raya, Simalungun. The 1st Phase training in Biology was followed by 21 teachers with the instructor was Dr. Ir. Ence Darmo Jaya Supena M.Si., Meanwhile, Dr. Tri Atmowidi M.Si. was the instructor of The 2nd Phase training in Biology that followed by 15 teachers. The four best participants of these training will be invited to come to Bogor (IPB FMIPA) to participate follow-up activities in Biology laboratorium practice and get some enrichment materials.
