Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), through Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), started a collaboration with Kasetsart University, Thailand. The collaboration started as memorandum of agreement (MoA) between the FMIPA IPB and the Faculty of Sciences KU signed. 

The signing event conducted in sidelines of International Conference on Biosciences (ICoBio), 5 August 2015, at IPB International Conference Center. This signing is the first step to future collaboration in education and research between IPB and KU, especially in the Department of Biology - FMIPA.

The first collaboration (2015-2017) is planned to conduct several activities such as student and staff mobility, research collaboration, joint supervision and earning credit. Next, it will be followed by exploratory dual degree programs and joint degree.
